You’re Invited to Lunch & Happy Hour

Join us for a special luncheon to empower women around the world on Wednesday, Dec. 7, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates, 100 Locust St., Des Moines, IA. The Self-Help Lunch to Empower Global Women has been Self-Help International’s signature Central Iowa fundraising event for those who believe in creating opportunities for people – especially women and girls – to escape the cycle of poverty. Tickets are $125 each with proceeds given to the Empower Women program at Self-Help International.

Later that same day, a HOLIDAY HAPPY HOUR will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. in the same location.This event is designed for working men and women who want to support Self-Help International and learn more about the organization in a fun environment. Tickets are $40 each and includes drinks and light hors d’oeuvres.
